Here is our first recipe!
The week of September 25 we made Spanish Fish in a Sack, a recipe that has been sitting in my recipe folder for almost a year waiting for me to get it together. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to get off my rear and get it done.
Please leave a post with any thoughts about the recipe. Let's talk about taste, how difficult/easy it was to prepare, random musings, anything that comes to mind. Shelley's recipe is next up. I can't wait!
As you've probably guessed, this whole blogging thing is totally new to Shelley and me. Please bear with us as we try to figure out how to make the site all we want it to be. If you know how to do this stuff, please help! I'll try to get recipe sites linked and a schedule posted so you know when you are due to find a recipe to share. Let me know if you have any thoughts on other things we can do.
